Great value for your money

i have the lumia 520. i read that this cover is better suited for 521 but the cost pulled me in. arrived quickly, fits good & gives my phone some substance & protection in case it gets dropped. all in all it was a good purchase & i am glad i tried it. i got this color & it's as pictured.....very bright red....not a red variant.*just an added note for anyone experiencing incorrect fit which I noted several customers mentioning. this is a two piece cover. if you try to use it for the lumia 520 & are not getting the correct fit, it may be because you are not seperating the two pieces which i did initially. one customer mentioned that to get a good fit with 520 to seperate 2 pieces, first slipping phone into gel (or colored portion) then adjusting as needed before snapping that into hard plastic portion (or black part). it will be a great fit, can't actually seeing it work any better...but not having seen how it fits 521 i have no way to compare. this cover has an otter box fit, very solid & sunstantial. some may not like that in which case I would recommend the more slim, less bulky gel cover which i purchased in red also. i switched only because i like the big bulky feel & the added protection. I have not experienced any functionality issues. either way you prefer, both are excellent prices. i did have a chance to see full blown retail for covers at the ATT store that helped me with start up on my phone. wow!!! with the prices here my cover can be not just functional but a fashion accessory if i chose, because i can afford to get lots of these covers. for the cost its a no brainer.

I purchased this for the Nokia Lumia 520 phone, and although for the price it is not a bad solution. The only issues I see are that due to the product being a cheaper one, it seems to go through a much more liberal Quality Assurance process. The plastic mold seams/edges had bits of plastic that I had to remove, and they were also sharp.The silicon cover that goes over the phone first is also somewhat loose and does not fit the phone as snugly or tightly as I had hoped. When you put the plastic cover on it does hold it in place. Although the silicon on the edges will constantly get deformed and look horrible. The area with the rocker bar for the volume and the on/off button is one that is not really supported well by the plastic part and due to this the silicon on the whole right side of the phone tends to deform badly requiring you constantly to re-position it.The phone also comes with a little kickstand so you can setup the phone in either portrait or landscape to watch movies, etc. It is a very nice touch but the kickstand feels VERY cheap and it does not snap in flush with the back of the case. The kickstand also has a little prop bar that, if you do not position just right will flex and bend if you try to close it, ultimately resulting in it being permanently deformed.Overall it seems to be a good case if you just need something very cheap to protect the phone from drops. There is no screen protector so if you want one you will have to purchase it separately. In summary, plastic has rough edges, silicon does not fit snugly or stay on phone well, kickstand is flimsy and does not close flush, and there is no screen protector. Only time will tell if this was a good purchase.***UPDATE 8/15/2014***Well it happened, the kickstand has started to come unhinged, and when trying to close it one time it ended up getting jammed and bent. I wonder now how long before the kickstand itself is no longer functional, as that is a great feature. If that does happen I will just have to remove the kickstand or glue it shut I suppose. The rubber is also still loose and seems to be getting looser. It stays on with the plastic clip part, just is annoying and makes the phone look bad. Still a good deal for the price, but unsure of how long it will last.

When you find something for the price of this case you don't really expect much or great things. This case gave my phone a whole new feel. It took it from a handheld to a work tank. It is comfortable to hold and fits in the hand well. I have even dropped my phone a couple of times and it protected from a fall of above five feet to the cement. The kick stand in the back is a great addition to user you phone in a standing position hands free. I am meaning to back and order two more just in case down the road something happens to this one but I really don't think it will. I just like it that much. My wife has the same phone so I got her one also but i believe since I going to order she wants one of the colors it comes in. Yes it comes in an assortment of colors too. Its a great buy and great protection for your Nokia phone.

I have a Nokia Lumia 520 Windows phone and just received this case. While pink is not my favorite color, I chose it because of its visibility. It shows up against everything I own. The case fits perfectly. The controls on the side work perfectly with those on the phone. I was expecting them to be a problem but they are not. They require more pressure which means I am not pushing them when talking. I have been afraid of my phone slipping from my hand while multitasking, but this cover offers a more slip-resistant surface. Already I found the built-in stand useful when the phone is on speaker. While Amazon shows the pink and purple model, it is described as purple and black. The one you receive is the pink version. This is a wonderful price and I highly recommend this protective cover.

I am really liking this cover. The red is gel and the black is plastic, both are two separate parts, which both do a good job of keeping the phone safe. The buttons and port holes all match up really well, and the stand in the back is really useful. The only downside is that it is rather difficult to put on properly, as the plastic is really tight. First I had to put on the gel sleeve, then I had to slip it into the plastic, and I had trouble finding out which was to put it in. I had to insert the side with the buttons in first, then slip the rest in while keeping the gel in place. I eventually got it but it isn't easy to insert the phone in or out of the cover.Still, other than that, it is a really good product.

Great product for the price

Quality of this product is awesome but This case has been made for Nokia lumia 521 not for 520.. that is why it is little bit loose for 520,, finally I got the best case for my Nokia Lumia 520.. Thanks Amazon
