My kids are past playdoh and it’s all about kinetic sand now. I bought these as party favors for the goodie bags and all the kids were excited about it. It is a great size. I split up each piece so there were 18 total. FYI Once the colors are mixed within each pack the sand stays a dark purple. I repurchased for my younger sons birthday too. Great price for quantity and it was not dry at all unlike some other brands. I’ll be looking for some other color options in the future. I recommend.

I teach a class of 5 preschoolers on the autism spectrum. We pair with a class of 4 and 5 year olds across the hall for Inclusive activities. EVERYBODY loves Kinetic Sand!!! This is such a great set!

The description is deceptively written, and I feel that it is in bad faith.The statement: “Mix, mold and create anything you can imagine with the Kinetic Sand Rainbow Unicorn Double Containers 9-Pack!”This is strongly indicative of a nine (9) pack of this sand. And your statement of: “The Amazon listing was upgraded to show 9x to accurately differentiate between the 10 piece sand set and this 9 piece. the description by Amazon of 9x is showing 7 sand colors and 2 sand molds.”Is at best an attempt to cover you poor business practice.Then the audacity to offer a $4.00 refund. Poorly run business.

I placed the order when the price dropped dramatically figuring why not after it shipped i noticed the reviews saying people didn't recieve 9 packs. I personally did and for the price I paid that's a steal for one of my son's favorite things to play with. Thanks!
