Got this book for my brother he loved it

Usually, I don't read biographies, especially about politicians, but this one intrigued me. Plus, it's not exactly biography as much as it is secrets revealed about achieving success.Politics has long ago transferred from the art of leading to the art of showmanship. Nowadays, when everything is public and on display, it's not enough just to lead or to have good ideas about what needs to be done. It is of utmost importance to represent an idea publicly, to be likable to voters. Politicians are now public figures, just like actors or musicians or any kind of artist. They need to build their public image carefully.Netanyahu has done everything in his power to build a perfect image for the public. Every speech he had was carefully orcherstrated for the needs of that audience. All those little tricks transformed into art... I love them so much.No, I don't care about politics, but all these secrets of success can be implemented into any other sphere of life and work. Netanyahu's work is just one example of how it looks like. I guess it can all be transferred into one line: Be one with the audience.

This book was alright. Sort of strange and long but okay nonetheless.

Like him or hate him, you cannot ignore Netanyahu and this book helps you understand how he managed to stay in power for so long. Shafran had direct access to his drafts and notes, giving a rare and unique peek into the way Netanyahu thinks and operates, alongside eye-opening analysis based on his vast knowledge and experience . It was the perfect airplane read on my way to Israel, light yet thorough and enriching. It is the best preparation for any traveler interested in understanding modern Israeli politics and society .

Could not get into this book. Loved the new Bibi book.

I had the pleasure of reading parts of this book even before it was available in English; this is a great opportunity to get into the mind of one of the biggest leaders of Israeli politics. It doesn't matter if you are pro or against his agenda - you can't take away the fact that people want to listen when he speaks. Kave is a great creator; reading his work, watching his videos, and simply being in his presence is always a great experience.

Israeli politics are definitely complicated, and I always wanted to know more about Netanyahu since he has been involved in them so long, managing to stay in a leadership position regardless of multiple scandals. This book really gave an in-depth look into his life and career, while also looking at how he is as a person in some ways. I would have liked to see more of the consequences of his decisions and how they have influenced the political climate today, but it was still a good and very informative read. If you are interested in Netanyahu’s career and techniques to stay in power, this is a good read.
