The media could not be loaded. I have gone Thu 3 other dog doorbells and this by far has proven the most dependable so far. Other brands didn't chime reliably leading to frustrated dogs or were too fragile for my larger dogs. This one has chimed every time and puts up w/ some abuse from my pitt mix who insists on using paws instead of nose.One of my personal favorite features is you can slide this chime off its mount so that you can get some peace on days when you want your dogs outside but they want IN. I mounted mine directly on my glass storm door as it is easier to wash than my siding.The only feature I find to be irritating is changing the chimes. I set it several times for it to revert back to the original sound so I gave up and just use the original sound.I will update when it dies to test for the longevity of the product.UPDATE: 3/27/25 Still going strong, no issues. This makes 3 years now.

I bought this doggy doorbell to help potty train my 8 week old golden retriever puppy. When researching potty training tips, most experts said to bell train them. I wanted something that wouldn’t ring every time the door was opened, so I went with the electronic doorbell option. I placed the receiver in the living room where it would be noticeable since that’s where we stay most of the time. It’s been really helpful since not only does the doorbell ring, but the receiver also lights up so my parents (who are hearing impaired) also know when he has to go. Our puppy hasn’t completed gotten the hang of it yet, but I’m sure he will in no time. The only thing I would change about it is that I would make the button a little more sensitive to touch. It’s a little hard to press, but not terrible. All in all, I’m happy with it.

They work my dog is medium sized she can step on them but it's a hot or miss they aren't sensitive and on smaller side. Other than that they work most of the time, she has learned to hear the sound to know she stepped correctly.

My dog has been using buttons for awhile but he kept scratching and jumping on the door to come back in. This has helped save my door from being destroyed by his nails! It’s loud and I can hear it from any room in the house, very easy to use, and has multiple different fun ringtones!

The two components are not sensitive enough and requires too much pressure to work.I have an older version and the dog was able to just touch the box with her nose and the bell goes off. It did the job. Sadly, the older door bell is no longer working properly.I should have returned the newer version.

Our Cane Corso was trained on the sensor button but the batteries went quick so we opted for this one thinking she would naturally just push it but she did not. We will have to go back to the sensor bell. Note this product was easy to use and I like the fact that it had a different ring tone for inside and outside. I just wish it was more sensitive to the touch.

I have a golden retriever puppy and he’s getting so close to pressing it on his own. SO CLOSE. Anyways this is an amazing (and budget friendly) potty training product. It takes a little bit of time for your pup to get used to (or maybe just mine). Once your pup is trained it is such a life saver. The sounds it makes aren’t annoying and the device works flawlessly. It’s easy to setup and stays on its surface!
