Smart rope is great purchase for price and use for anyone on their fitness journey whether you are just starting out or trying to maintain your fit lifestyle.The smart rope does not come charged, but does include cable to hook into any USB. The longest part of setup is installing the App to your phone. The App is free (Paiactive) and is European, so measurements will all be in metric.App is easy to navigate. You are able to track your progress, workouts and calories. Smart Rope is manufactured well, easy to clean and durable. Smart rope also come with a storage bag so it is easy to grab when you are on the go. It can be adjusted to any length. When jumping, it is very smooth, and a very enjoyable workout.For me personally, having a young child and maintaining a household with my husband working long hours, I don’t get a lot of time to workout. This rope is so easy to throw in my bag so I can workout wherever, whenever I get a few minutes of downtime, or if I want to do a quick workout before my daughter wakes up in the morning or right after she is put to sleep at night.Highly recommend for anyone with a crazy busy schedule wherever you are fitness wise, lol just starting out or already super pumped!

If you’re looking for that jump rope that keeps you motivated and consistent...look no further!!I really like how the jump rope keeps track of all my jumps and time right on the handle, and with the app open, I can keep track of my calories. The app also stores all the times I use the rope and my metrics for that day, so I don't have to write it down. The handles are nice and smooth, and fit perfectly in my hand. There is no choppy feeling coming off the rope as it revolves on the hinges of the handles. It was easy to set up and store away for another day.Thank you for all you do! #JDFitMo
