The Negg Boiled Egg Peeler - Fuchsia

I used my Negg this morning. Felt I already had a good system for peeling hard boiled eggs but this is the best!Boiled 6 eggs. 5 shelled perfectly. 1 didn't because I shook the Negg a little too long.Once you see the white of the egg stop shaking the Negg.Love this product.

Followed the instructions andtried this with 4 different eggs to make sure the eggs weren’t at fault but every time they just disintegrated

I completely skeptical the first time I bought this. We purchased it first on Grommet and tried it out. I was amazed. Put the right amount of water in, drop in your hard boiled egg, close the lid, and shake. It's that easy. Most of the time the shell just slides right off as you are taking the egg out of the container. When I once had super fresh eggs, I had a little bit of difficulty with two of 24 I was using for an egg salad, but it was not nearly the trouble you experience when you hard boil a really fresh egg. I just had a few pieces to pull off.Once we knew it worked so well, it was definitely worth the price. I purchased this one and sent to my mom as a gift because I knew she would never spend this amount to get it for herself. She's always doing deviled eggs, egg salad, and macaroni salad with eggs for church potlucks and I wanted it to be easier for her. She's used it several times and loves it!

It takes a few rounds to perfect it, may vary depending on the size and type of eggs you have. I use large white eggs. I started with just 10 shakes. Not enough. 15 shakes was better. I finally went to 20 and now the shell comes off almost exactly like the video.My biggest concern when I started using it was that I would overdo the shaking and beat up the actual egg. Not a thing! This is because the water is the cushion. The membrane inside the shell keeps it together. If the egg was cracked in cooking, you still have to be more careful peeling so you don't lose a chunk.It is easy to use, easy to clean. It is NOT, however, water tight in the slightest. The end caps do not hold on tightly, so hold it by the end caps and shake in/over the sink.

This is the best peeler yet! For those of you saying that this product doesn’t work? You were absolutely 1,000,000% wrong! If you are not getting this to work, then it is operator error and not product error. You have to follow the instructions to a T you cannot waiver from them! A lot of times people want to do it their way it’s obvious it doesn’t work when you do that so if you follow the directions and make sure that you put the eggs in a ice cold bath afterwords and put the CORRECT AMOUNT OF WATER in the shaker water where it shows you, it will absolutely work! You cannot put any more water than that or this product will not work! I have used this product over and over and over and I have not had one egg fail me yet! This is the best product that I have seen in a very long time, and it’s great gift idea!
