Tcheon Fung Sing Linea Intenso Artisan Shaving Soap - Crazy Sandalwood

So, TFS is probably my favorite overall company in shaving. They make great stuff at good prices. I like their gimmicky, yet non-pretentious style. I enjoy everything in the character series. I also like the Rasozero soaps. That said, I think they use pure almond oil in this whole intenso series, and it lights my face on fire like a flame thrower. Thus the less than stellar rating. Just be aware if you have sensitive skin.

I bought this soap from a little local shaving supply store in Hot Springs Arkansas so I cannot speak to the quality of the seller, what I can speak to is the quality of this soap. The sandalwood smell of this soap is absolutely amazing and stays on your face after your shave leaving a subtle sandalwood scent that wont overpower. The lather is fantastic as well, it took me a couple of times using it to get the lather worked the way I like it but when I did it was great, plenty of cushion and plenty slick. I typically use a pre-shave oil but even when I'm in a rush and don't use it I do not experience any irritation with the Tcheon Fung Sing soap. If you are new to shaving with a brush then your probably started with some Van Der Hagen soap or something similar from a big box store, this is a great improvement from that. Going back to the scent of this soap, I cannot express enough how well Tcheon Fung Sing did with this scent. I have heard tales of the Taylor of Old Bond Street being too strong and I myself own another brand sandalwood cream that I don't even recall the name of because the sandalwood was non existent. The Linea Intenso Crazy Sandalwood is the perfect happy medium. Enjoy!

Good soap. Love the smell. Slick , easy lather , protection , and great post shave. New to the brand...will be trying others
