SHRED CUT SIZE MISSING 5MMX 48MM
I bought this shredder just 2 days back on opening the box i found the specification of the shedder to be in accurate. it says security level - 3 . however after reading the manual and trying out the shredder i found that the SHRED CUT SIZE IS 5MM X 48MM. This detail is conveniently left out of the description on the website. Since i needed a smaller shred size i initiated a return procedure via Amazon but it was promptly shot down by loyalvalue saying the shredder is exactly as described. my request to customers is that if the full spec detail of what you are buying is not on the website then do not buy it you just end up with more junk at home .by the way if someone needs an ODDY shredder mine is available for sale. I probably will stay from the loyalvalue store in the future.
