I am happy with the product and installation service. The problem is only with approach of the customer care. GLEN has to come back with a proper solution. Customer care cannot block it's customer number. This is bad practice.

The product is very new and still to be properly used to write a transparent review .But the installation was horrible.The technician was highly unprofessional and now we have a huge uncovered hole in the wall..i.e. he made a hole installed the chimney but did not cover it with cement or putty . So whenever it’s windy outside ..you can feel you are sitting on the road not your kitchen because the dust will just come inside through the hole. He dismissed it saying it was not his job to cover it although he can make it .

Product was good but I am not satisfied with the team who installed it. I have paid 1800 for 10 metre pipe as promised by Glen but I haven't received 10 metre pipe. The person who came for fitting the pipe and installing chimney didn't install it as per our expectations and he just did formalities only. We didn't even receive any invoice from his end for the pipe of Rs. 1800. And the pipe that he installed was of 3 meters and he charged us for 10 metres. I have reported in Glen regarding the same but no step was taken from Glen's end. Worst experience in customer dealing. Will never recommend to anyone. Better go with any other good brand who atleast listen to their customers and solve their problems.

Good product, made in India,My req was good performance and shorter height product.. it has aprox 43inch height so it will fit below the storage rack in celling and save space

The chimney is really good but installation service was very bad. The technician was very rude and didn't had manners to talk , he wasn't even able to explain the problems.Otherwise the chimney is working good and noise level is low so overall 5 stars for the chimney but the installation service is worst.They charged me 1800/- as standard charges by Glen and demanded 1200/- extra for core cutting, so 0 stars for services.

The product is good, so far haven't face any issue though bought very recently. Liked the delivery speed and also the installation process. It is very smooth. Installation guys behaviour is also nice.
