Strong fresh blueberry flavor

Trying to find ways to save some money and a recipe for "maple syrup" came up. This was the main ingredient (outside of sugar). This tastes very much like pancake syrup but has a more subtle tone. It comes double sealed with a plastic wrap and a paper tab inside the lid. For $10 a bottle, it was a great value since I can make about 6 bottles of syrup with it.

Tastes like flavored maple not real maple. Not bad but like the taste of regular supermarket flavored syrup.

Good strong coffee flavor

When we started having difficulty getting the Momster's favorite low carb substitute for Cream of Wheat, I was able to find several different varieties for her, but all the ones with the right consistency are unflavored. And the Momster is a real fan of that instant hot cereal flavor! We tried this out to see if it might met her needs, and it was Blueberry for the win! Took a little experimentation to find just the right amount (because if you use too much - not so good), but after that it it was great. She likes it so much that I got her several other flavors for variety. And it's nice to have around for low carb special treats like muffins.

Bummed this uses propylene glycol instead of alcohol and natural flavors!Will not buy again.Instead purchase native vanilla that is water, alcohol, maple concentrate, Carmel color

This "extract" could be a lot stronger. It took at least 2 overflowing tablespoons to adequately flavor5 cups of ice cream mixture. The flavor of this product is good, but it took so much. The flavor of my finished product still could have been stronger.

This made much of my baking so much better!
