I've read for years about the benefits of CoQ10 and ubiquinol for increasing energy and overall well-being, but was always a little hesitant to try these supplements. As I've gotten into my forties, I've noticed feeling less energetic, so finally decided to see if something like ubiquinol would make a difference. Within a few days of taking this product, I noticed an increase in energy and felt more even-keeled (less swings in energy levels and moodiness). I felt the need to exercise more to "burn off" some of this energy. If I didn't exercise moderately when using this product, I didn't sleep very well at night as I had this feeling of excess energy in my body. When I exercised moderately, I felt great and slept well. Overall, I like the perceived benefits of this product.

Was taking cheaper "Ubiquinone" version of CoQ10 supplement (300 mg) to alleviate side effects of statins (muscle aches/cramps, eye twitching) without much luck. Read online that as people age, their ability to convert Ubiquinone into Ubiquinol lessens. I ordered the Ubiquinol (100 mg) and started taking the 2 together with my statin at night and BINGO! Eye stopped twitching, cramps aches disappeared, highly recommend this product!!!

And i read you want co q 10 in thw ubiquinol form. Can i tell its working--no. But i need to take it. So theres my 2cents!

Having reached the mid 50's and needing statins for lowering cholesterol now, this was added to help the possible joint aches acccompanying that medication. Very helpful.
