Relatively cheap raincoat but the strap already frayed immediately when I tried to tighten it around the waist, not a big deal as I only wear it when watching my boys play soccer.Take note, this is a non-breathable jacket. When I take it off I often find my clothes and the inner sleeves have moisture/sweat. If you don't want that then consider a breathable option.

The Jacket it is very waterproof, but it is long!! it is not very indicated for biking because it does not breath at all so you are getting wet from the inside.To walk the dog will be probably perfect

Fine rain jacket - UNTIL IT RAINS!!!!
The heavy feel of the material makes you believe its a good jacket. Then I wore it outside for a few hours in moderate to heavy rain. They all the seams opened up like they were held together with painter's tape.. I was soaked to the skinall over my upper body!!
