They are the good old-fashioned size, do not leak, and the covers are really cute and comfortable. I got a fleecy cover and a 'shag' type cover and love them both. They recommend that you do not put fully boiling water in them, so I leave a little cold water in the bottom and then add water from my kettle - no issues so far. They stay warm in the bed for several hours (at least 4, I'd say). I find them too hot if I don't have enough cold water mixed with the boiling water.

Nothing I don't like about it. I discovered the comfort of a hot water bottle on a March trip to Ireland. They turn the heat off at 10 PM. So to keep the beds comfy, they put a bottle under the covers. What a sweet surprise! So different from a heating pad...it just warms up your blood...wherever you want it to. I bought mine, took a picture of it and refer to it as 'the Man of My Dreams". Doesn't snore, steal the covers, ask me to cook or get romantic.

I bought this for my 6yo but it is a good size for an adult too. She loves the sheep design. The fabric is really lovely and soft. The color is as pictured. My 4yo chose the leopard print. Although they seem to be the same except for the cover color the lids are NOT interchangeable. There's not much else to say about this except that it is a really fantastic hot water bottle and I think you should get one.

I absolutely love this! I am in the National Guard and have a lot of cold tent days. I used this last month and would highly recommend it! The only issue is that the tie fell off way to easily. Nothing that can't be re-attached, just kind of annoying. Definitely purchase this product!!!
