Great product. Strong
Great product. Strong, durable, and great design. I loved this item so much I've bought multiple quantities. It is a must have. Sleek design, easy to hang, and sets itself like any other atomic clock. It sets itself fast. I've hung it on walls and its dropped from a height of 15 ft. It's still alive.

Doesn't work
The time was off by over three hours. The date was off by over three months. The year was off by a decade. We tried new batteries, reset it, gave it more time (a few days) to receive the signal and tried to manually override it, but nothing worked. It seemed to keep consistent time, but it was not a time that was correct in this time zone or any other.

Good Product
When I took the clock out of the box, it made rattle sounds inside. It was a part that's supposed to be glued to the back panel has come loose - probably from rough handling of packaging or shipping. Fortunately nothing was broken. So I just open it and use double-sided tape to glue the part back. Looks like Ken-tech has made modifications to this product. The one I received has a different way of setting time zone then some of the people described. The instructions is now in the manual but somewhat incomplete. You no longer press alarm button, instead, you just press the "UP" button to advance zones. But the manual didn't mention you need to be in "Normal Mode" - i.e. NOT receiving radio signal, in order to set time zone. To enter normal mode, start with the clock OFF, put in batteries, the antenna icon on the top right should be flashing. Press "WAVE" button once and antenna icon will disappear - now you are in "Normal Mode" and you can use UP button to set time zone. After you are done, press "WAVE" again to start receiving signals. The correct time should be set in a few minutes. Be sure to keep it a few feet away from computers or it won't get good signals. Not sure if mine is defective but another thing I found is the LED display is not to be looked at directly. You need to look at it from a slight angle either up or down otherwise parts of the characters will have different shades and it won't show very well. For this reason, I couldn't use it as a desktop clock. For a wall clock & I look at it from below, it works great.

Convenient size wall clock
Convenient size to hang in room, visible from a good distance, clean styling. The clock indicates it is connected to the time generator, so I assume it is automatically updating the time as advertised. However, after almost three months in service, the time matches another non-radio controlled clock in my house to the minute, so I'm waiting until daylight savings time ends to see if this clock automatically resets itself. I would have given it a higher rating, but some of the LCD segments are lighter than the others, and the date display can be a little confusing since the day shows up before the month.

Quality not so high
The LCD screen doesn't fully work on the unit I received. Specifically, for the hour and minute 7-segment displays, the topmost horizontal bars don't work. So for example sevens look like ones, sixes look like lower case b's. This is an electrical connector issue, since when I press the front of the unit to the back it works, but do I really want to leave a binder clip on the clock so that the display reads right? So now I need to decide whether to send it back for replacement or take it apart and fix it.It doesn't say where it was manufactured, but whoever made it could stand to design a fix for this and build a second revision.Otherwise it works just fine. It found the NIST world clock radio signal in about 10 minutes and set the clock perfectly. I'd probably have given this a 5 star rating but for the display not working.
