Q: If I were to use these as legs to a tall bed frame, they should have no problem supporting a full size mattress, box spring, and 260lb dude right?

I think they would support weight, but I would be concerned with lateral strength.

Q: Is the finish flat or glossy?

They are in between. Not flat black but not high gloss. Like a semi gloss smooth finish. Just the right amount of sheen

Q: Can the legs be cut and still retain the adjustable plastic feet?

Of course, just remove the bottom plastic spiral pad and the plastic sleeve nested on the iron pipe, then cut the legs vertically to the height you want. After cutting, put the plastic sleeve back into the iron pipe and screw on the plastic foot pad. Done!

Q: Could it be used for a granite 30" by 36" and 1" thick table top?

They will carry the weight just fine but not sure how it will be attached. We had to go to larger using hex head lag screws into 1-1/2 inch thick desk tops. They are slightly a little wobbly but that is due to size of the desk tops. We still like them though as they are ajustable for leveling.
