Good story but...
It would have been much better had the director spent the money to hire an actual cameraman. Maybe the budget was too tight to afford one but the very least he could have done was not let the chimpanzee he used to do the filming not drink quite so much.

An upgrade, but a modest one
This 4K UHD Blu Ray is made from a 2K Digital Intermediate, but don’t let that hold you back - it is still an upgrade from the HD Blu Ray, but not a day and night upgrade. High Dynamic Range has been applied only lightly which actually works well given the stylised photography. The biggest difference is in the Wide Colour Gamut, provided your display can manage it. Colours aren’t more intense but they are significantly more accurate, giving this movie a far more “film like” quality to go with the film grain that is much better resolved here than in the HD Blu Ray. It’s a tough call on the image quality but I found it worth it. Where there is no question about the upgrade is the audio - the DTS:X soundtrack on the UHD Blu Ray is a knockout and worth the price of entry alone.
