This product is very good. Not too salty or too sweet, has a great texture for grating into pasta. Makes your pasta or calzone or pizza creamy without all the saltiness. The sellers responded quickly when I asked how to store it. I will purchase again as it is a great quality cheese. Has the texture of a firm tofu, but the taste of a slightly salted creamy cheese.

It was already spoiled by the time it was delivered, unfortunately not edible as it had mold and thrown directly into the trash. So disappointed and out the $$$

Essential in many Italian dishes. Very firm which allows you to use it as a grating cheese...as in Pasta alla Norma

Packaged nicely I appreciate that came quickly not very salty, on the dry side when you’re great at it notes right onto your macaroni I put some in my meatballs it was good

The small freezer bags to keep the cheese cold were completely thawed and the cheese was actually warm and soft. I expected it to be cold and firm so I could grate it. Very disappointed.

Cheese arrived warm and grew mold quickly

Not wild about $13 shipping charge for a one-pound item. I won't order again.
