Work's amazing I did not expect this to be that precise ...cut's super paper thin if you would like I have been wanting to make the super thin chip's they sell on the fruit and elote carts and omg they came out perfect ...love it ..the cutter for frie making is amazing to ..make sure you use causion this is not a cheaply made cutter the blades are sharp so use the safty grip it come's with ...you will not be disapointed

This is a fine little device for cooking at home. It's slim, lightweight and good for a small quantity.I tried to use it professionally, but it's not constructed rugeddly enough for batch cooking mis en place.Pretty good product for home use.

I got this to make potato chips which require thin cut. My old one wasn't adjustable. Love it. Good quality.

Wow, what a fabulous find ! This mandoline is easy peasy. Sharp too !! Cut my beets for chips perfectly thin once the correct cutting dial was chosen. Really thin. As of this hour I have not baked my beet chips but plan to this evening. Yummy !! The hand grip is a plus. The stand is sturdy and stays in place as you grip and slide the food of choice to and fro. I was also impressed by the size of this mandoline, , 15 1/4 inches long and the cutting blade is 4 inches wide with a sliding surface of 12 inches top to bottom. I did not use the food handle with my beets as it as a nodule at the leaf end that can be used to grip. Had there been ten stars I would have given it a "10". Happy ! Happy ! Happy !

I used this for taking corn off of the cob. Worked slick. But i have only used it once. So far its awesome. Very sharp

To use the different cuts, you have to pull and turn the knob at the same time.

The product wasn't worth the money. It was cheaply made and could easily break. I didn't like the design, it felt dangerous.

This is so much better than what I had, super easy to use, quick and easy clean up, I love it
