Q: Can you use this on tshirts

hard to make em perfect, draw lines out to make more even, they stretch to easy trying to lay them down like the H, J, Y S. It's pretty tricky because you have to hand lay them as they are sticking.

Q: How many units of each letter it comes with? For example, how many A's?

4ea A,E,F 3ea B,C,D, etc . If you zoom in on the pkg you are able to read the exact info in upper right corner. Hope this helps

Q: Would these stick on a rough, painted classroom block wall?

I used them on a door and they really stuck. If it is a bumpy wall they might stick but probably not for long. They really need to have a flat surface

Q: are these "peel and stick" adhesive letters?

Yes they are. I bought them for a company trailer and they are still on after a year of landscaping use.
