Zacro Bike Computer, BS251 Original Wireless Bicycle Speedometer with Backlight, Multi Function Bike Odometer Cycling with Compass Key Ring

This is a very complete package, especially for such a cheap package. First you have your bike computer face, your bike computer face mount, the sensor and the spoke magnet, 4 batteries, more than enough zip ties, and a compass key chain. In addition, there is an instruction pamphlet detailing installation and operation of the computer.For those of you whom had trouble installing, here is my own version of the instructions:1: Mount the mount onto your handlebars (can't go on stem) by removing the sticker label, placing it down, and using the o ring to secure it further. Then, take out the sensor and the spoke magnet.2: Put one battery into the sensor, and mount it on your fork. If you use a road bike, you might have to keep the sensor at a slight angle so that the spoke magnet comes close enough. Simply remove the sticker, place it, and then use two zip ties to secure it.3: Mount the spoke magnet onto the spokes, putting the spoke in between on the curved part. Rotate and move it so that it is about 1 cm or less from the sensor magnet (the arrow sign on the sensor) and screw it in.4: Lastly, place the battery in the computer, follow software instructions and then twist it into the mount. Your computer is ready!For the price, this can't be beat compared to other products. It is easily visible at night, and the screen at day is easily visible under sun. If I had to suggest something, it would be that we could turn on the backlight during the day (in case we are in shade or indoors) manually. I think that this is near perfect at the price, but if I had to choose something to be picky about, it would be that the computer makes a bit of impact noise during large bumps or potholes, but that is expected.

I like how easy it is to see the display while I'm riding and how quickly it reacts to change in speed. Easy to set up and install on my bike. The lightweight plastic computer has a rattle to it which is there and normal. The instructions are easy enough to follow. Great customer service did not let this slip through the cracks. She contacted me via email to get it right and was easy for me. New one works perfectly. It is accurate as I compared it to my riding stats from Run Keeper app on my cell. phone. This computer does a lot that the app does not; like my max speed.

This was and will be my last "Wireless" Bike Computer. And here are my reasons for going back to a wire Bike Computer, after this purchase.First, the included free batteries... DOA. Second, after all the careful installations setting the gap, fresh batteries, wheel size data, clock setting and bike rack tests, the unit fail within a half mile of actual real word asphalt road tests. About the only thing its good for now is a clock without an alarm. Oh, I almost forgot, the Free Compass Key Chain works great but when will you have time to look at that when you're RIDING YOUR BIKE!It kinda leaves you wondering what the two letters in the model number really stand for!

Works well but the unit does not attach to the handlebar holder securely enough. It popped out during a ride. I was able to retrace the route and found it on the road. I need to find a way to hold it in place more securely.Good value of the price.

This little bike computer was easy to install. That's the good part. The bad is that the buttons for the functions are on the bottom, so with every button push, it has a tendency to shift. It also was very quirky on the speedometer, showing my speed at 14mph one second, then 3mph while still traveling the same speed. Thus I felt the odometer probably wasn't working correctly either. This continued to happen even after multiple adjustments to the sensor and magnet. I finally gave up and purchased a wired computer which I now have installed. Much more consistent, plus the buttons are on top of the computer making it much easier to check the other functions. This wasn't a terrible computer, just not what I was hoping for.**Updated 7/30/16** The seller has contacted me several times to try to correct the problems with the computer. I explained I had already purchased a new wired computer that I am happy with and that I will keep this one as a backup if needed. I am confident that the seller would replace this for free if I had desired him to do so, so I have increased the rating to 4 stars and would add that if you have any problems with this item, you should contact the seller to work out a solution.Thanks Zacro dealer!
