Great value.

This textbook is not well optimized for the Kindle. Very difficult to read, and use as a resource. There are no page numbers, but rather the kindle app uses the Location. This makes it impossible to jump to a page that a classmate or colleague mentions.Content of the text is very useful and for that it gets 3 stars- but the Kindle Version is pretty much unusable- I only wish I figured this out earlier.

EXCELLENT resource for DPT students! Best musculoskeletal text yet!!

This book is an excellent reference for those who have practiced for a while as well as a great way to learn the examination process initially. Mike has done a very thorough job of going through the literature and bringing a strong personal background to create a resource that will be of use well beyond the end of a class you may have to purchase this for. This sits on my desk and gets referenced frequently.

This is the first text book i've encountered to provides such in depth fundamental knowledge and a thorough evidenced-based examination. I especially like the special sections in the back focusing on specialized groups of patients. Future students are very lucky to have such an excellent resource.

Just purchased. Already disappointed in that I cannot read it on the Kindle cloud reader. I will update when I have spent more time with it.
