BUY IT NOW!
I was nervous about buying a plastic mouthpiece, as I was worried about the quality of my tone, but having developed a metal allergy I had to figure something else out. So I figured I'd give this one a try. And I wish I had tried it years ago, as this is the best mouthpiece I've played on yet. My tone isn't affected at all, and with the deep cup I'm able to reach higher octaves more easily. I got the grey color as my horn is silver and didn't want it to stand out too much, and I couldn't be happier!

I love this mouthpiece! I own 3 now!
I got interested in this product after 1 he 45 min practices for my church’s orchestra that I belong to. These Alexander/polymer mouthpieces are a saving Grace. They are so comfortable and “saves “ my embouchere. They don’t cause the ring marks that traditional mouthpieces tend to do. My lips have more stamina after using these mouthpieces. I love the product! I wish I had some earlier. I’ve been playing French horn since jr. high school. I’m now middle aged.

Incredibly rich tone
I have only written a handful of reviews in my life but could not in good conscience avoid one here. I've been an amateur hornist for 50 years, my daughter is a professional and we both agree this little jewel produces a tone fully as rich as it feels cheap. And does it feel cheap, quarter gumball machine cheap. Somehow it combines the accuracy of a brillante mouthpiece with the sweetness of a dolce. And for a few grams and under $30. I thought I was buying a novelty piece and instead have a new primary mouthpiece. My purchase of the year. If you see a horn player in a visiting symphony with a blue Kelly deep cup, that would be my daughter.

lack of substance=lack of tone
Good for visualizing (until it fogs up) but not great in performance. The one I got has an ugly molding seam all the way down one side.
