Sophia Global Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for Canon PG-40 and CL-41 with Ink Level Display (1 Black, 1 Color)

Unfortunately the color cartridge is leaking, making it unusable. I have not tried the black cartridge yet. Every page looks like I've chosen lower quality, but print is set to normal, and there are black streaks all over the page. I am returning for a refund and will refuse delivery of a second set I ordered, assuming I was getting a good product based on reviews.After replacing this cartridge with a new one purchased at Staples, printing was still horrible with streaks all over the paper. I ran maintenance cleaning of the roller, ink nozzles, etc. Still bad printing. Got a flashlight and looked and ink was sprayed all over the inside of my printer. I spent several hours cleaning my printer and it's just about back to printing well again.Lesson learned for me - just spend the money on the manufacturer cartridges.

The black cartridge is working fine, but after printing 6 color pages with a fairly even color distribution, the cyan is already empty. I didn't even have my printer set to full saturation, I set it for quick print which uses the least amount of ink. I expected to get at least a few dozen pages out of the color cartridge. I'm VERY disappointed in the quality of the color cartridge.

Color in cartridge never has always shown that it is low on ink and after just a short time black was showing it too. Just hoping to get through another month with them and I won't need this printer anymore. My printer is old so not sure if it's the cartridges or the printer. If your printing needs are very important buy original!!

The black cartridge worked just fine but my printer would not recognize the color. Contacted seller have not heard back from them. Will not buy again and do not recommend

The product did not fit my printer, so I sent an email to sophiaglobal and a followup email a few days later, but so far NO RESPONSE! Leads me to suspect the Sophiaglobal's promises are empty gimmicks. Their telephone help line goes to voice mail (I am not sure anyone even listens to recorded messages). If Sophiaglobal is really intends to provide customer support, they should reply to my email And tell me what recourse I have.

My computer complained that these were refilled, and therefore refuses to show me ink levels, but these work great so far! Very hard to beat for the price. I will buy again when they run out, assuming the print quality stays the same, they don't start to leak, and they last for a reasonable amount of prints.

I don't do much printing, of the last 5 refills I have purchased, refills or cannon,this was the fastest they ever ran out.Usually get a year, from new, or refills, not 4 months. I have had other brands of refills last a year.They may have dried up. Color and black suddenly stopped printing.Bought some cannon new, at twice the cost, working great.

Sophia Global ink just works. There are none of the print head clogging or color fading issues like with other aftermarket inks. I have reordered probably four batches now, and it works perfect every time. Amazing on high-res color prints too, which is almost unheard of for non-OEM inks.

One cartridge worked, the others did not - it was too late to return. I believe these products are no longer sold on Amazon.
