Little America Mid-Volume Backpack Black One Size

This bag is comfortable and made from nice materials. There is plenty of room for a large laptop (I use a 15" Macbook) and my other day to day work stuff too. The magnetic attachments for the straps are strong and it feels secure.However... I have used this as my day to day bag for work for about 10 weeks now and the seam at the bottom has already split and a large hole (about 2 inches wide) has opened up, which is really disappointing. What's more, this seller (SHOES.PLEASE) are unwilling to offer a replacement or a refund.So I am now left with an expensive bag that is 90% OK but largely unusable due to poor manufacturing quality and a poor returns policy from the seller.

This bag looks ace and feels really comfortable to wear - I've used it as hand luggage a few times and you can cram a lot of weight into it without it killing your bag thanks to the padding. Only downside is its not very well made, the straps are peeling and falling apart and I wish they were made from leather, and the magnetic buttons pop open a lot , the canvassy material and mesh of the actual bag have held up perfectly though.

Great quality rucksack and this smaller 17L size is hard to come by iin this design in my experience! Delivered when expected. Super happy :)

Zunächst mal machte der Rucksack einen stabilen, gut verarbeiteten, wertigen Eindruck. Nach einigen Wochen Nutzung ist nun aber bei normalem Gebrauch eine der harten Kunstlederriemen einfach gebrochen und droht nun abzureißen. Und dies passierte lediglich beim Absetzen des Rucksacks auf den Boden eines Busses. Der linke Riemen wurde aufgrund der Platzenge nur umgeknickt (!!!) und brach!!!Das sollte bei einem Artikel in dieser Preisklasse, der zudem noch neuwertig ist (!!!), nicht passieren dürfen. Generell darf ein Rucksack schon für den alltäglichen Gebrauch tauglich sein - dieser ist es scheinbar NICHT. Auffällig ist, dass - im Gegensatz zu Echtleder - hier das Kunstleder unnachgiebig hart und unflexibel ist; brüchiges Plastik. Dabei bevorzuge ich generell den Einsatz von Materialien nicht-tierischen Ursprungs, welches meist auch gut umgesetzt wird.Zu allem Ärger kommt hinzu, dass der Marketplace-Verkäufer nicht Willens ist, die Rücknahme ohne Weiteres abzuwickeln. Es wird hinausgezögert, keine kostenfreie Rücksendung angeboten, eine wochenlange Bearbeitungszeit - ggf. ohne Ergebnis/Erstattung (!!!) - angekündigt. Amazon hält sich ebenfalls deutlich zurück und zögert mit Käuferschutz bzw. A-Z-Garantie.Ich rate vom Kauf dieses Rucksacks warnend ab.

después de solo 8 meses y tratando la mochila con mucho cuidado va y se estaba rompiendo por dentro la tira, bien porque el pespunte estaba demasiado tenso cosido y por defecto de la tira que engancha al bolsillo delantero. El vendedor me trato fatal y me dijo que era por el desgaste y no me aceptaba el cambio, ya he puesto una reclamación contra Lapi Retail, menos mal que amazon han sido geniales y aceptan la devolución
