Great warmer and great customer service.
Frame warmer is great quality but even greater is the customer service from Alpha.I purchased this over 6 months ago and the product is fine with a minor issue. I contacted Alpha Viana Inc and they are replacing it for no cost and no shipping costs. highly recommend purchasing from them because you know if there are any issues they will take care of you.

A must have!
Did not purchase from Amazon but I have had this warmer for the past 7.5 years before it finally gave up on me. it heats up to 150 degrees, plenty of heat to make a frame pliable but not too hot that it would burn it (unless you left it there for a while). The small attachment is great, it's excellent for when you only need to heat the frame bridge and since it's "contained" flow of heat, it saves from having to remove the lenses. I love this heater, I'm in the market for a new one. It's very portable and it's a must if you own a mobile optical business !!
