Supershieldz (2 Pack) Designed for Moto X (1st Gen) Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Anti Scratch, Bubble Free

Kit was easy to use and had a lot of nice items that I didn't realize I was getting when I bought it. There are stickers included to help align the screen along with a sticker to help collect dust particles. There is also a microfiber cloth and an alcohol wipe to make sure that the screen is free of particles and impurities before putting the protector on. Putting the protector on was pretty easy, I didn't end up needing to use the alignment stickers, but I will admit the the protector was tight on space around the corners and not so tight along the straight edges.I've never had a tempered-glass screen protector before, this was my first endeavor using one. I previously had a case with a built in one, and for a plastic one I thought it had a clear image, but I can definitely tell that the glass one has a clearer image. Also, using smartphone capable gloves with this glass protector is SOOO much better than the old one that was built into the case and ones I've had that are plastic that stick directly on the screen. I cannot emphasize enough how much better the experience is with gloves. You still need gloves that will work with a smartphone screen, and it's not as good as using a bare hand, but previously it was so finicky it was really hard to use.Overall I'm really happy with this product. Totally worth what was paid for it and it really has made my overall smartphone experience better.

Even though I gave it 4 stars it's maybe the best screen protector I've tried. It's so clear, it's like glass. Fits my Moto X perfectly. But when I put it on I mis-aligned a bit at first, before I pressed down firmly, so I realigned it and then finished. It was probably due to my initial mis-alignment, so I guess it's my fault, but now one corner keeps coming up, which is a bit annoying, since it makes it so my thumb press in that area doesn't work very well. I've never had that happen before, although I have had bubbles. So maybe the adhesive leaves something to be desired?I've had it on for about a month, and it doesn't scratch easily like all the others I've tried. At some point I'll try the second one, but how you align it perfectly on the first try is going to be a challenge... I jsut saw a video on using the "hinge" method, making a hinge with a piece of tape and getting it perfect before you remove the plastic backing. I'll try that next.

Ok. Let's say I bought a 2pk because I was planning to use them for 2 different phones BUT, the 1st one turned out to be a "what not to do with the next one". So, I ended up practicing with the 1st one & did a real hang-up job with the 2nd one. I love the glass on my phone vs the thin plastic film that came with my phone. You have to watch a video to see how to put the glass cover on & it wasn't difficult to follow. It's just the minor tweaks to get the glass to cover just right in all the corners while preventing any debris from getting on the glass once you pull the protective layer off. Honestly, it wasn't that hard (after the practice run). So, I'd suggest the 2pk if you've never put a cover on your phone before. Again, I really like the outcome of my 2nd attempt with the 2nd glass cover. It's great.

I am pleased with this screen protector on appearance, clarity and sensitivity to touch. When I applied the 2nd screen, I had to lift and reposition it 3 times before I got it perfect, even following the video instructions and using the tape supplied. The 2- pack came in handy since the first screen never did stick right. The top left corner would not stick no matter what I tried. Once I got the screen applied, I felt leery that the screen may not stick well since I had to remove, re-center and re-apply it 3 times but it's been on for a week and my wife loves the appearance. And it does not interfere with the case.

Amazing product! The feel is slick, maybe even more slick than my original screen. The clarity is amazing. I'd swear it's brighter and clearer than with no protector at all. You must watch the YouTube video to learn how to install properly. I messed up during installation when one of the applicator "hinges" let go, and ended up having to remove the protector and reposition it, but did so without leaving any fingerprints. Be careful with the "dust remover" sticker, it can leave a bit of residue adhesive along the trailing edge as you pull it up. Reapplication of the sticker removes it, but you will have to continue working your way off the screen in an overlapping pattern.I just installed it yesterday, so I don't know how long it will last, but I really love this protector. Since the protector is rigid, I don't see how a corner would ever start to lift off the way "soft" screen protectors have a tendancy to do. You won't be dissatisfied. Just buy it!

The concept of these screen protectors is good but they are lacking in several ways. Firstly, they do not fit flat. I have spaces at the top and bottom that will not seal up. It looks like crap. I spent a lot of time making sure my phone was clean and dust free but for some reason, and it is NOT due to dust between the phone and the protector, they still do not fit properly. Secondly, sometimes the phone does not respond to touch input. I have owned this phone, a Moto X 1st Gen, for almost 4 years. I have always used TechArmour screen protectors, which are the best I've found, but it seems they are no longer available. I purchased these on the basis of reviews I found on Supershieldz, and I'm not happy. I will continue to use them until I find something better or get a newer phone but I will never buy more.

Glass fit perfectly. Depending on the case you will be using, it might lift the corners slightly if you are not careful so make sure if the sides wrap, they don't wrap too far.
