This is a handy little cutting board. It makes a nice serving board also.
The rounded groove in it keeps the salami or other sausage in place while slicing.It also makes a great cutting board for long, skinny, bread baguettes.I like to pre-slice about half of the baguette then use this to serve the fanned-out slices along with the rest of the loaf. It makes a very attractive way to serve the baguette slices.If you need to slice a cucumber or a zucchini, then use this. The cucumber or zucchini will not roll while you are trying to slice it.Serving large, stuffed olives or deviled eggs? This is perfect!Great way to serve stuffed mushrooms also.It is raw wood. I rubbed some almond oil into it upon arrival to give it more of finished look and too help protect the wood.For storage, I add it to the container/caddy that houses my serving utensils. The container sits on the stove most days so it is always handy and available.It is the cutting board we all need that we never knew existed. It is simple, but very functional and useful in any kitchen.

Very handy. I only wish it had a hole for hanging
This is a very convenient little cutting board for salami and sausages. Lightweight and easy to tuck away somewhere, it can also be used for presenting foods, board-style. I just wish it had a hole with a little leather strap for hanging, as that would be the best way to store this, I think.

handy
The board is small and narrow and has rounded groove to hold a salami stick and keep it from rolling away. It is nicely made. Looks like unfinished wood, well sanded. It is easy and fun to use.

This is such a handy little wooden board.i think it's neat to cut my salami or any other small sausage on it.it will look lovely on the table too.The material is natural beech wood and is treated with oil.This Tuuli Kitchen brand natural wood board is made in Europe.it is easy to wash by hand.i like this durable wooden cutting board to keep the sausage in place while slicing.Great product, great invention.i definitely give it 5 stars.i hope this review is helpful.Sabiene :)

The kitchen gadget you didn't know you needed!
If you routinely slice salami or make charcuterie plates often, then you will really be doing yourself a favor by getting this. It is surprisingly useful - holds sausage in place perfectly, and when you are done, you can slide it right off the board. Genius. Didn't even know this this existed but sure wish I had found it sooner!

Finitura approssimativa
Buon legno, finitura approssimativa in alcuni punti che ha richiesto della carta vetrata per evitare che le minuscole schegge o frammenti di legno potessero staccarsi. Non sono sicuro sua stato trattato come da descrizione.

Schlicht gehalten
Ein einfach schlicht gehaltenes Schneidebrett was sich super eignet für Wurst und ähnlich geformtes.Sieht sehr schick aus und auf dem Frühstückstisch sieht’s klasse aus. Eine nette Idee und für den Preis kann man es auf den Fall mal kaufen.

Spezielles Holzschneidebrett
Das Wurstschneidebrett aus Buchenholz erscheint in natura wie auf den Produktfotos abgebildet und macht einen sauber verarbeiteten Eindruck. Es fühlt sich glatt und eben an, Absplitterungen, Kratzer, Schrammen Fehlanzeige.Das fast 37 cm lange und ca. 5,5 cm breite Brett wirkt robust, widerstandsfähig und mit einer Dicke von etwa 1 cm nicht zu dünn. Zudem liegt es plan und kann prima zum Schneiden von Salami oder Wurstsorten mit gleicher Form verwendet werden.Kleine Schnitte auf der Oberfläche lassen sich jedoch nicht gänzlich vermeiden und werden mit der Zeit natürlich sichtbar, was man aber mit guter Pflege (per Hand abspülen, ab und zu mit Speiseöl einreiben) im Griff behalten kann.Kurzum, bis jetzt bin ich zufrieden mit dieser besonderen Art von Schneidebrett, das sich gut auf dem Tisch macht. Ein Loch zum Aufhängen vermisse ich dennoch.
