I’ve never used something like this product before and I absolutely love them! It makes installs easy!

This is one of those nifty little inventions that makes any door installation go from challenging to easy. A huge help. I recommend also spending the money on a 4 foot level to ensure optimum success. There is a big difference in precision between a 2 foot and a 4 foot level. It will be installed plumb and level.

I hung 12 interior doors (including 4 double doors) in about 16 hours. I have hung pre-hung doors before so I am not a novice, neither am I a professional. I was satisfied with the ease with which the job went. The man who is doing our trim work was impressed with the job I did. I did have to use a couple of shims to straighten out bows or other irregularities in the door jambs and had to run a couple of screws into a hinge or two to pull the door square. Essentially the door is held in place by the finish trim work and the EZ-hang brackets hold the door square and plumb until this is done. All-in-all I was pleased with the way the system works and would recommend it to anyone who has a couple of doors to hang.The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is that I wished it had been made of a heavier gauge metal and were a little less bendable.

Recently finished my basement and have been avoiding getting doors as I’ve never hung them before. After some searching, I landed on these to help and I will say, these made hanging a brand new door as simple as standing the door in the opening. The instructions are extremely simple to follow and the door swings perfectly. I’m about 30 mins I was able to install a door on my own.There are other versions of this in the market that tout a “premium” install because they add 4 additional brackets for the back of the door. This specific version only covers one side, but does offer instructions for a “premium” install. The main difference is you would need to order additional brackets.I would recommend this without a second though. The single sided install worked perfectly and without any issues.

I bout a new bath door and because house is old and settled could not get it to line up to save the life of me. but when I used the hangers it went in perfect so easy to install makes the job so much easier so thank you I'm going to try these on new replacement windows.

While this does appear to make it easy to hand the door, shims are just as easy and much more cost effective. But for beginners, this is a good confidence builder.

Honestly, these were amazing. I struggled hanging a prehung interior door for about 10 hours. Yes - first time doing it and watching a 100 YouTube videos doing it the “original” way. Could not get it flush and square. Called a friend - no dice there either. The wall is flanked with tongue and groove knotty pine and the wall were no exactly parallel with each other and the top pull in a little on one side.Broke down a bought a set of these and no kidding - about 5 minutes tops of mounting the brackets to the door, a few minutes drawing the plumb line, and 10-15 minutes to set and screw and lock the door in place. I was stunned. Seriously. It allow the door to flex with the wall where needed without binding and twisting the jamb. The are thin enough that they allow a little bit of flex in or out if needed. Maybe not everyone needs these - but a serious time saver. Wish I had a set for the second door I installed and got it “close” before these came. You won’t be disappointed.
