Q: Does this kit include a throw-out bearing?

Yes.All items in the picture are included. But I wouldn't install those two bearings in my own car because they look cheap. They dont have any markings on them to know who made them. As for the disc and PP, make sure you have the 210mm flywheel for this set to match. Here in the middle east, stock civic flywheels are 200 mm, so this kit didn't work for me.
