Great pack of bottles. The sheath thing that cover them is very nice, seems like it will protect it a good but. I use these to take leftover coffee to work and to portion out homemade tea. They seal fine when I put them in lunchbox but I wouldn’t expect they’re be too tough that I could put them on the outside of my book bag.

Just received my bottles and was excited to put them to use. However 3 of the 6 bottles have defective lids. I screw them on and they just continue to twist, never tightening to where they will lock on. In fact, there is a tension break where it begins to spin freely again. I mean it's just a screw on cap like any you'd find on a Voss bottle or similar mass produced bottle.I also dislike the fabric loop on the cap. Just seems to get in the way.

I’ve waited to review these because, while I am happy with the bottles I’m not impressed by the caps. I ordered 2 sets of six and one set came with a defective cap. Customer service is great and I mean that or I would have given this item 2 stars just because of the caps. When I wrote to tell them about the defective cap they said they would replace it. In the meantime I had another cap go defective so I wrote since I had not received the 1st replacement cap yet the again customer service was awesome and said they would happily replace the two caps. Now I’ve had 2 more caps go defective making for (so far) 4 defective caps. In the meantime I finally receive the two replacement caps so now I have 12 bottles with 10 functioning caps. Frustrating to be sure. I now have a 5th cap that I’m having to be very careful with because the plastic part of the cap and the metal are becoming separated which makes it near impossible to get off the bottle because the metal part simply turns while the plastic part is tight on the bottle. Now I am hunting for replacement caps that will fit the bottles because I expect with time all of the caps will go bad on me.Update, this morning I had another cap go bad. Uggg! Out of 12 bottles ordered I’ve had 6 caps go bad! So frustrating! The bottles don’t me any good without caps, which I have found a place on Amazon I can purchase them but to the tune of a little over $2 a cap! That is why I am reducing the number of stars and no I would not recommend this product.

I am using this product to help me cut back on plastic water bottles. I’m thrilled that they come in a six pack so I can keep them cold in the fridge and the sleeve is very helpful in protecting it in my tote. The price is amazing for how many you get with the sleeves included.
