Plackers Micro Mint, 90 Count (Pack of 12)

Plackers Micro Mint Flossers are the best product of their kind. I have used a number of competitor's products because I was unable to find Plackers locally in stores. These experiences have not been good and I have been dissatisfied in various ways -- either the floss would tear apart or even fall off one of the ends. Plackers' product is different, however, it provides a close, tight floss with very durable flossing material that does not break off an end or tear apart. I purchased 12 pack, which is more than enough floss for a long time; however, I'm very happy with that purchase and will purchase Plackers' products again as soon as I run out. Excellent product overall -- if you are looking for hand-held flossers, this is the way to go.

They break before I can get through even one tooth. These must be fakes or defective bc the ones I bought at the regular store work properly and I've been using this brand for years!

I got this for the hubby and he was happy and they are just as seen in the picture and nothing bad to say at all. Pack comes with a lot so we are very happy!

Plackers redesigned these at some point in 2015 to be less sturdy. I can only imagine it was a cost reduction to enhance their internal margins. Whatever the reason, these are no longer as sturdy as they used to be and bend much more easily during use. Disappointing because these used to be a truly superior product.

Have always hated flossing, to the point where I just wouldn't do it unless something was stuck and driving me crazy. As the years have accumulated, that has gotten to be more and more often. Luckily I found these Plackers. Everything about them is shaped just right, angled just right. Simple, portable and effective. I keep a bag in my desk, one in the glove box and keep the little bonus boxes filled and stashed in ditty bags etc. so that I'm rarely if ever without. If you asked my dentist, he'd prefer that I use floss and a new section between each set of teeth - that's just not going to happen. Without the Plackers, there'd be no flossing at all.

Anyone who has trouble handling regular dental floss needs a product like this. If you can use regular floss, that is the best way to go. But if you cannot, this product is the best of its kind.These Plackers have a taller design, which allows you to reach down further into your gum tissue than similar products which always seem too short. But, no matter what the hype, they won’t stand up to too much abuse. These Plackers are better than similar products for the strength of the floss material. But it’s still only a short piece of floss in each Placker, so it just cannot do the impossible.If you find that these Plackers shred before you can floss all your teeth then just use more. I use 4 Plackers during each flossing session: one per quadrant. That is, I use one Placker each for: upper-left, upper-right, lower-left and lower-right). Considering the ultra-high price of professional dental care, these Plackers are cheap insurance. Thank you for reading my review.

The Picks are fine Just the advertising is wrong. The picks it the picture are the old style where the protector folds out from the pick but the pick I got was the new Style where the pick fold out I wanted the old style.
