I have been shopping around for a dash cam, giving the fact people forgot the trafic came back to normal and they cannot drive as hectic as they used to at the beginning of pandemic. So, after shopping around, we came across with this decent size, high quality, three ways cam - the new kid on the block. I have installed it and used it for a week, and this are my findings about the camera:Pro:Installation is easy - suction cup adheres to the windshield and won’t fall. Make sure the window is clean before attach the sucking cup. Easy to hide the thin cable using the yellow plastic pryer tool (see image), you can easily hide the cable inside of the edge of deco cover. The picture shows in the middle of installation. There are three additional little hooks that come with the camera, where hiding the cable behind the edges is not possible.Bigger screen - 2.5” of screen diagonal is a decent dash cam screen size. Bigger screen, where a small unit to keep all in all: two cameras, one of them tilting at 35 degrees, and the setup and navigating buttons. Not to mention the screen-in-screen feature.High resolution - it can take good quality, 1080p, videos for the front camera and 780p for both, indoor and rear camera.One big pro is that the camera works for a good amount of time without being plugged in, internal battery giving it some independence.Con:MicroSD card is not provided and is needs to be purchased separately. But with an extra $15 or $20 you will get a decent dash cam. Keep in mind that this not a wifi camera and relays solely on MicroSD.In conclusion, this is a reasonably good quality camera for the price, Good video recording front, indoor, and rear camera. Starts automatically when car turns on, and power off the camera when turning off. Keeps records every time the car is in motion, if sets as such. Keeps recording when set to record in parking. Over all good, this is a good camera with out breaking the bank. Set up using the booklet inserted in the package.

I have had this dash cam for a bit now in my van and it works beautifully in my book. It comes on automatically every time I turn my van on and then automatically goes off when I turn my van off. The coverage is really good on all 3 cameras and the Veiw screen is pretty clear can see all 3 cameras on it at once or select one. I do like the idea it record's each of my trips don't know how many times I've come close to someone either hiring me or cutting me off and almost hitting them. The video on this would come in real handy if I had an accident due to someone else's fault then I would have proof it wasn't mine. So yes I do recommend this Dash Cam.Now for the installation part. The main Dash Cam is really easy to install just take it out the box, attach the suction cup to it and place it in a good spot inside your vehicle's windshield and adjust it to the proper angle to get a good Veiw of your front and inside cameras and your done. Now for the rear camera which is another whole can of worms. This part will take you a while and if you do decide to do it yourself must have patience if you don't have the patience or time you can have it professionally installed by someone who does. Me I got as far as putting the camera on the back of my van, connected the backup wires,fished the wire through the Hatch panels and into the back of my van where the wire is now dangling till I figure out if I want to finish it and pull all my trim and the ceiling of my van off to cover it or take it to my favorite place CarToys and pay them to finish it. My patience is 50/50.My opinion is unsolicited or paid for by anyone so you are getting a real honest review from me. I hope this review helps you.

This IIWEY dashcam looks good and could have been a good device but falls short. From the start gave me problems. First it was damaging the SD cards. Contacted the seller and they said I needed to use a Class 10, U3 or better. I did buy a new one. It was working better. Then a month or two later it was acting up again. Gave messages that there was not enough space despite the fact that it was set to loop recording. I had to format the card a few times. Then one day it was just freezing. Had to use the reset button a few times. Then the internal battery went dead. So wouldn't keep the time. When the car turned off it lost all power. Just found out that it wasn't recording even though it said it was. The SD card is soo dead this time that cant even delete/format the card. I bought the unit in December 2021 it is now August 2022. The unit didn't even last a year. Lasted long enough where I cant return... I guess now all its good for is as paper weight.

My car got hit twice while parked & didn’t record. I bought the 24/7 hardware. The camera is very glitchy. It always has problems. It freezes alot and randomly turns on and off when it freezes. The camera is decent when using it for while your driving. Night vision is only for inside camera. The front and back does not have night vision. Picture can become distorted when it’s raining and by any lights from other cars headlights and rain. I had parking mode on, sensitivity up and motion detection. When I was hit twice it didn’t record. I always have to reset the camera. And if I leave it on 24/7 at night. It ends up not even working. It’s fine for using it while driving. But I bought this camera for the 24/7 loop record. It’ll record when someone walks by. But not record when somebody dings my car. Everyday it has problems with turning on. It’s resets it’s sell multiple times. If you’re looking for a camera for driving it’s decent. The picture quality is terrible in the back but okay in the front and inside. It over heats so much and freezes. Even though it said to withstand different temperatures. I now have two hit and run: and this camera is useless for recording 24/7. Wish I can return it but my return date is expired. Just save your money if you’re looking for a better camera to record while away from your car or recording while you are parking! I’d rate is 2/10. It’s a joke. I’d be happy to sell mines for less.

when I bought this dash cam sounded great! But in reality it's just not responsive to button commands! And freezes! Even after a master reset! After contacting customer service by email,I have to complement them on the speedy response and within 7 days, they replaced my cam with the upgraded model, and it seems to be absolutely great! cheers

Spend the extra $10 and get something that is robust

Bought this for mum as here in england we get some pretty idiotic drivers, camera quality is ok and is very easy to setup, never tested the night vision so i cant review that part
