Q: Seems like these would collect dust like crazy. Anyone using these finding that to be the case?

No problem with them collecting dust. You might want to make sure your air filters are clean. Just maybe...that could be why. Hope this helps.

Q: Does the charcoal come in black and grey or is it just a solid black ?

It’s just one color. Dark gray.

Q: What is the overall nrc(noise reduction coefficient)?

I'm not too sure what it is or how to measure that but I will say it makes a difference if you buy a lot of them just buying one 12 pack won't help mostly cause (yes their huge) but it only covers so much of the wall. I recommend these highly they also don't come all compressed like other acoustic form tiles.

Q: Can this be used to reduce noise from a noisy refrigerator?

It will not completely reduce the noise, but it does reduce. Also, keep in mind the thicker is it, the more noise it reduces.
