My little one adores the "Hilda" Netflix series so of course I was happy to find a literary tie-in. She's read all the "Hildafolk" graphic novels, and the Netflix hardback series is a perfect way to transition a young reader to chapter books with minimal illustration. Both this book and its predecessor are well-written for easy comprehension with a few words here and there to stretch the vocabulary.

If you are looking for a direct adaptation of the Netflix series, this isn't it, but it is an excellent chapter book for young readers and listeners.

My 8 yr old is reading these and she just can't put them down. Already ordered the next one for her.
