Mega BloksDestiny Hunter Starwinder Armory Building Set

I've reviewed all of the Destiny sets I've purchased here on Amazon. The only ones missing at the time of typing this are the Arcadia Dropship, Cabal interceptor and Fallen Walker set.Without repeating myself too much, seeing how each set is somewhat similar accessory wise, these little guys are great and appeal to both kids and avid adult Destiny players. Destiny is a big deal for me; I've logged in countless hours going though a lot of Crucible and Raids. Once the Destiny spell hit, I longed for physical, collectible stuff not counting the Bungie Store or 3A's ridiculous 1/6th scale offerings. And here we have Mega Bloks sets. And they're amazing if you ask me.The Starwinder set includes an LDR/Praedyth's Revenge archetype Sniper Rifle, an Atheon's Epilogue archetype Auto Rifle, a Throwing Knife and a Ghallarhorn archetype Rocket Launcher. For being such small accessories, the detail is amazing and makes me wish that these weapons featured replaceable clips and scopes like Mega Bloks Call of Duty license has. Included armour is your Vermillion Stripe/Bog Wild style helm and Infinite Lines body. Sure, you're getting a recolored Cryptid set, but when the details are this cool and well done, you won't mind that Mega Bloks is recreating what Destiny has pretty much been doing for the past, and nearly three, years. I.E. older year one and Raid gear is repurposed into Vendor gear.Minor gripes aside, mega Bloks Destiny sets are very well done and quite awesome when placed next to other well done sets/licenses, like Call of Duty, Halo and even Terminator. Don't let the Mega Bloks name fool you. These are awesome.

This set absolutely rocks, and is a great prices, fun package for those of us who just wanted a figure. The only problem I have is that the hunters do not have capes. It is cool and all, but I wish they came with at least one cape. Other than that, it is a great set and I can't wait for the second wave of destiny figures (I'm hoping for a Hawkmoon in one of the sets)

They’re cute but just wish they’re a little bigger

The auto rifle was broken. Mega bloks is sending me a new one so I'm happy. Overall this set is nice. The lack of detail on some of the pieces is the only downside considering all of the other sets are super detailed.

Right hand fits too tightly and will not turn, so cannot hold weapon correctly... left arm is too loose and falls out easily. My son keeps complaining about it too me. I tried to turn right hand and I am afraid it will break if I put any more force on it, still will not turn.

If you played the game and the expansions Destiny is the next step of the mega bloks (MAF) collector series and it doesn't disappoint. Right now is a good time to get these because the price dropped.

An excellent toy for my son. A doll that has good joints. I am very satisfied with my purchase that I have made from Colombia.
