So Happy with these shades
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this purchase. #1, they email you within 24 hours to confirm your sizes and give you a domestic phone number to call if you need anything. International communication can be complicated sometimes but definitely not with Alizee and Artdix. I ordered one for over my kitchen sink and before it got here, I decided to order 2 more for the breakfast nook. When the first one came, on time-no delays, I was so happy with the weight of the material and the vibrancy of the colors. They were just as bright as they looked on the computer monitor. They are super easy to install, you just need a level and a drill, 10 minutes tops. They include everything you need and a few extra screws, just in case. They even give you the little plastic part to put on the wall to hold the chain. The only thing that I didn't take into consideration when measuring and adding the extra inches was the width of space between the cabinets where the shade was placed. Completely my fault, first timer and all. But, unless you're staring and looking for problems, you wouldn't know it. One more thing that was quite awesome, when I ordered the 2 for the nook, I sent a picture of the windows so they would know I needed a left and a right pull chain. They actually matched the pattern so that it is seamless across 2 windows. Absolutely fabulous!! Thank you Alizee & Artdix!!

Helpful service, great blinds—arrived quickly

Turned out great
I was nervous, but they came out great, and it blocks out the later afternoon sun enough so I can now cook dinner with out having to wear sunglasses hahaha They were communicative about what I should have, but listened to what I wanted. I didn't want them to be the length of the actual window, as it's in front of the sink and didn't want them to get splashed on and I couldn't think of a time I would ever need them to be fully drawn down, so why have them that long? I only need them the length to not blind me with the sun when cooking dinner and it works perfectly. Easy to install, the instructions were easy to follow, and the components seem like they are well made. Great buy, and would purchase again. Bonus, they came earlier than expected. Nearly a whole week in fact.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The craftsmanship is outstanding and I love that their fabric choices are unique. I searched forever to find something other than the same old patterns being offered at the popular websites. I found that place with Artdix. I have 2 patterns in my home and plan on using more. Everyone who has come into my house immediately comments on the shades, they are a beautiful focal point! I was about to submit this, but thought I should also mention the personal attention these ladies give you. They will email or text you directly to make sure they have a clear understanding of your order, they also give any suggestions. Exceptional service, quality and speed!
I looked for the perfect roman shade for a long time. Artdix didn't have one quite my size so they custom made it for me and it arrived in one week! The customer service was very personal. The quality is excellent! To make it my size they had to piece together two pieces of fabric. They matched the pattern so well you can't even see the seam. My husband appreciated that it was easy to install and came with all the hardware needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and product. Quality is great and so is the price and service!

Quality from start to finish!
I needed a blind for our kitchen door. With all of the highly rated reviews, I decided to go with Artdix. The quality control and customer service is 5 star from placing my order to receiving it. These blinds are extremely well-made, right to the exact measurements we specified. Customer service reached out to make sure we double and triple checked our measurements, placement, etc. It was an easy a smooth process from beginning to end. I expected to receive our shipment after 2 weeks but it was custom made and delivered about 1 week after placing my order!My husband is a talented handyman and he was impressed with the instructions and hardware included. It took him a total of 10 mins to put this blind up, with no complaints. Fantastic quality and value for the money. I would definitely purchase again.
