Q: I'm going insane!!!! do these ear plus really help to block out spouse's snoring? right now i use cvs brand 30 dec but still hear him!!!

I used them to block out the snoring of 5-10 men in one dorm at the fire station, they're great! The key to getting the best noise blocking next to being deaf is to twirl the entire length of the plug tight into a skinny tightly compressed skinny firm dowel shape and stick it as far in the ear cannel as it will go and wait for it to expand. You will gradually notice that environmental sounds will be cut off and then TV and media sounds. When I do this I am nearly totally deaf, I often can't even hear my alarm. I have had hearing tests and my hearing is excellent if you were wondering.

Q: What's the comparison between these and the moldex spark plugs?

The 6800 Pura-Fit are a solid color and the moldex sparkplugs have a multicolored marble design.
