Magic in a bag
This is the second time of ordering this so I know how amazing this is. I have only used it in home-made Chinese cuisine but recently I used it in a chilli and, oh my! I make a lovely chilli (not just my own opinion,) but this powder elevated it to a whole new level. I will be using it in a lot more dishes going forward. This little treasure really does lift your dishes to restaurant standards.

Makes Food taste better
Sometimes known by some Chefs as yum yum powder.A Natural product which makes Meat based food taste even better by inclusion of the fifth taste (unami).A little bit goes a long way.Roughly for every one teaspoon of salt, replace with 1/3 msg and 2/3 salt.Works across a wide range of foods.Try sprinkling across a pizza before cooking , Wow!Try sprinkling on chips after frying, Wow!

How to Cheat in one easy lesson
This substance is the answer to anyone's prayer that is a mundane/not to good a cook. I am not saying I am a bad cook, but have done a lot of cooking over the years and have sometimes not been able to find 'that missing thing' when I taste what I am cooking/making. For example - red cabbage with apples, cloves, red wine vinegar, onion etc, etc. A teaspoon of this magic ingredient will cover up errors and make much cooked food taste great. I know there was an issue, started a few decades ago about how MSG was the root of all evil in cooking. But if I make a chilly, Chinese dish or curry, [and I am in a hurry], I do on occasions add a half teaspoon of MSG. It saves the hassle of risking eating a bland meal - but one that gives me the satisfaction of being a good cook {OK I like to live the dream on the odd, rare occasion).

Lovely Magical Ingredient
I Saw On You Tube To Make A Realistic Egg Fried Rice to add this and boy does it make a big difference.... now tastes just like the Chinese takeaway flavour. Bargain on amazon and fast delivery thank you.

Msg me
This isn't an appeal for lots of messages but a statement that msg does have it's place in the kitchen to enhance flavour and umami. MSG is difficult to purchase on the high Street so this is a great way to buy cheaply and in bulk. Good quality and great value product.

Adds that authentic taste
This adds that authentic take away flavour to any home made foreign dishes. I can't make egg fried rice or stir fry without it anymore

If you want the authentic Chinese flavour then this is what you need
Love cooking Chinese food and one of my favourites from the takeaway has always been chicken with white mushroom, so decided to give it a go at home following some online recipes but not matter how many time it just didn't taste like the takeaways.I then found a YouTube channel specialising in Chinese cooking and they said MSG is needed for that authentic Chinese taste so I bought some from Amazon and wow were they right, I'm still perfecting my cooking but it really does now taste like the takeaway.I know that MSG is frowned up on but you use very small amounts in the cooking and I'm not cooking Chinese food everyday.
