Just done one week on these and have lost 1kilo so far. It does stop my Snacking habits.
Flavour a bit insipid, and jel coats the glass.

Keeps you full
I bought this product to lose weight I'm on day 2 and they make you full that you don't want to eat much so up to now they suit me well ill get back in a month and write a full review on this product happy so far early days for me yet

Still on the fence
Arrived quick .. Nice flavour .. easy to use .. I'm just finishing my 2nd week and have lost 9lbs. However I am currently doing the 5:2 so not sure which or if both are contributing to the loss . Anyway will finish the month and make a decision after that

Put on weight due to amount of water
Flavour is nice and easily drinkable. Doesn't stop cravings but does keep you full for longer. Instead of losing weight iv put on half a stone in a week despite exercising 4x a week and eating healthily. I'm assuming it's due to water retention as you have to drink so much water on it.
