The food sub page is fab! So convenient - wish I had found it sooner!

The flip note is good as it's easy to follow, the only thing I would have liked, total weight in grams would have been better, rather than cups or spoon measurements.The 4 stars reflect my opinion.Good idea easy to put in your bag and great little idea not complicated I'm using a keto app to help with measurements and scanning food labels as lots of choices.

I like the layout of this guide. It rates foods from very good through to avoid. Helped me setting out what I needed for meal prep.

This is a very handy chart to keep on the fridge , it has a magnet so just holds itself up. It is pretty basic, but great of you are new to Keto and want a reminder to hand. It is well made, the pages flip easily. I am in the uk, and I can understand this book but there are quite a few american words that you will need to learn, that have alternatives in English . I found it very handy at first, but then you learn what you are allowed and the info sticks with you. I did use it lots when I first got it, its one of the better Keto charts if you are in the uk.

Everyone in my house uses it, really easy to use.

Principal is good but this is not a UK version as advertised. Images shows measurements in tbsp which would fool you into believing it was but it is American, measurements in cups etc. Save your money and don’t be cat fished

Really nice and simple to use. A bit frustrating as I still had to verify some of these e.g. it says avoid shrimp- but this has 0 carbs !!
