Dangerous fastener used to connect the canvas to the seat support structure.
I camped at a Washington state park immediately west of Mount Saint Helens and sat on my new TravelChair. The front pin on the seat snapped, dropping me into the triangular supports below. I had parachute cord to temporarily connect the seat fabric to the support structure. Next day, I drove to Castle Rock and found two carriage bolts to replace the plastic piece on the front of the canvas. These parts should have been made of steel on the product. For less than two dollars, I made the seats safe. I am lucky that I was not injured when the seat failed. If you purchase this seat, you must immediately replace the forward piece of plastic holding the triangular canvas to the front support.

Held my fat a$$
Great little chair for outdoor use. I use it when I ice fish and I can sit on it for a few hours before I have to get up and move around. I'm about 300 pounds and it held me up just fine. Didn't feel like it was going to collapse.

Travel chair
exactly what I needed and light enough for me to carry with out hurting my back. Great for waiting on bus or the cab when out shopping and there is not place to sit as I can not stand for long due to my back. Wish I had thought of this long ago. Great for those times when no place to sit is available.

I tested backless against this one and this is worth the extra cost for me.
I ordered one of these with a back and one without just to see which we wanted to use for a concert but Amazon wouldn't let me return either without paying return shipping because there was nothing wrong with them. Now I'm stuck with both so I guess I can review them, after all, I did test them- even though we didn't end up using them. They both seem pretty comfy compared to standing for 7 hours (we get Meet & Greet tix every time we see Blue October) but if I had to choose, I would definitely choose this one over the one with no back.My 24 yr old loves Blue October as much as I do but her back is stronger than my 47 yr-old one so I thought she would prefer the lighter one with no back support so I ordered that one for her, this one for me. I was right, she did say she would prefer the lighter one with no back support, but for me- I much, MUCH prefer this one!! If you're old and can't stand long, or have a bad back, you need THIS one! It's decently comfortable for it's weight and well worth the price difference. Sadly, we were SO excited about the concert we forgot the chairs in the car and never even cut the tags off.

Not "Aluminum." It's steel tubing.
Not "Aluminum." It's steel tubing. I've ordered various chairs for blinds and camping, and finding smaller aluminum chairs has been a hassle..It doesn't help when vendors outright lie, or are completely incompetent, and post a bogus description..This chair has fine back support (but very upright and narrow), but like all triangular chairs, as your weight presses downward into the fabric, the front grommet moves back until you are touching the front grommet--hence, I don't see how anyone could sit in this position for hours. I need a full sized/flatter seat (average size) for lengthly sits.

Great buy
I got this chair to put up in a blind while hunting. It's light weight and easy to carry. It's just as described. I'm 6'3" 227lbs and it holds me fine and offers good back support. I only wish they'd have it in camo!!

Best convenient chair
This is the most convenient chair that needs no construction. If you know you will need to stand in line for a long time or need a place to sit off the ground for a few hours, this is fabulous. Not great for long term sitting, but it's super easy to carry and just pop open. It's not huge, so I don't think it's for people who are really big. I have a different chair for hiking/camping, but those need to be put together. This is all one piece that just pops open.

Practicle travel chair
Took this chair to a dog show where we had a stand. It was comfy and took up very little space. Great little fold away travel chair.

Solid small chair. Not light. 90 degrees Back Rest Uncomfortable
Seems solid. more so than your typical folding chair. Small chair. Back rest is at a 90 degrees and pushes you forward. Most comfortable position is leaning back on the 2 back legs (at your own risk)I am even considering (at my own risk) bending the 2 back poles backward by 10-15 degrees, in a way it won't affect solidity and closing functionFor what it is, it's a good product. Too heavy for back packing.
