SHIMANO Ultegra Cs-6700 Cassette 10 Speed, 11X23

I bought this to replace my SRAM red cog after using a chain for too long and wearing it out. The weight difference is negligible and it actually shifts better IMO. I used to think all te components needed to be the lightest, but man it's expensive to think that way!! You can't beat the price either, locally in Miami thiis sells for $110 and the SRAM for $230 so this was a natural choice for me. Buy this instead of SRAM red or dura ace. Oh and aAmazon is the bomb!

Used this to replace my worn-out SRAM RED cassette. Together with a new Shimano Ultegra CN-6701 Chain, shifts quickly and smoothly. No reason to get a different cassette unless shaving off grams is important to you.

I replaced my worn 105 (11-25) Cassette. This was the next level up. A great deal. Saved some grams, and it shifts much smoother than the 105 components. Additionally, the 11-23 combination is a much closer gear ratio, so you don't get those huge drops/gains in RPM in the larger gears when you are up/down shifting. Definitely worth the price.

I am an avid cyclist/racer and although I have used Dura-ace cassettes simply because they came as original equipment on some bikes that I have obtained, I always replaced those with Ultegra 6700 cassettes when the original equipment needed replacement. They are considerably less expensive and work flawlessly. I have also gotten almost 10,000 miles out of them. Here in the flatlands of Florida, my choice is always the 11-23 model.

My bike is outfitted with Dura Ace everywhere except the cassette, because this cassette cost 1/3 what the DA cassette costs and will last 3-4 times as long, for a tiny weight penalty. This is a no-brainer.

Absolutely what I was expecting. Good bang for the buck. Not a cheap knock-off, but the real thing. Fits the way it was designed.

Just bought this Ultegra Casset to ride with my practicing wheels...I've been using with Dura - Ace other componentes and I'm pretty much satisfed!excelente deal!
