Feeling calmer and sleeping better
Been taking these capsules for a week now. I feel like I'm sleeping all the way through the night, which is something I couldn't say before. I also feel much calmer in general. And because I feel like a great night's sleep, I feel I've got more energy during my day. My friends and family have even commented on it! I was worried that I might feel drowsy but that isn't the case. I take two tablets in the morning and two in the evening as recommended. Love the smart ingredients too. I'm looking at some of their other capsule products like The Focus Capsules and The Tone Capsules now.
