Very slight vinegar taste but easy to swallow
Apple cider vinegar is very good if you have yeast problems or digestive issues. We do have a bottle of it in liquid form in our cupboard which I use in cooking and tried to drink to help with health but it is far too strong flavoured for me.I was drawn to try these tablets to try to still be able to have the benefits without needing to actually drink it.These tablets also contain Bromelain, spirulina, kelp and vitamin B6, apple pectin, soya lecithin powder and potassium chloride, magnesium stearate and silicone dioxide. They come in a flat plastic bottle.I rather like these flat bottles because they are so easy to store. These come as tablets not Capsules, they are dark green and 14mm long, 8 mm wide and 5 mm deepThey look just like those little sweets that used to come in a plastic tube with a flip back lid shaped like a cartoon character's headYou take 2 a day with waterThey do seem to be helping with digestion, I feel less gaseous and less like a meal is still sitting there hours later. You can taste them, they arent massively strong or unpleasant and there is a little bit of similarity to Mint sauce about them due I suppose to the vinegarAfter swallowing there is really no after taste.Taken every day the bottle will last 2 months.Vegan made in UKAllergens SOYABest before is 14 jan 2024 so they have a long shelf life if unopened

Easy to store
You will get a minimum of 2 months of Vegan supplement of Apple cider vinegar with Spirulina, Bromelain, Kelp and Vitamin B6 for just under £9. The tablets are medium in size and easy to swallow, with no specific aftertaste or any side effects afterwards (not that I noticed). There is a slight whiff of vinegar when you open the box, but nothing too overpowering. It’s recommended to take this supplement to improve your digestion and metabolism, especially during the process of weight loss and regular training. You suppose to take 2 tablets a day, which might be a bit much for some people, especially if you take lots of supplements simultaneously, but you can spread it during the whole day. These tablets come in a big flat box that is easy to store on a shelf or cupboards, as you can put it in-between books or flat so that it will save space. I take all my pills after having a meal (preferably after breakfast), as this is when I notice the best effects and avoid any stomach issues (due to IBS and other food intolerances I have). I think it is a good quality supplement at a reasonable price, so it is definitely worth trying.

Well priced ACV complex that's flat packed to fit through your letterbox...
Reasonably priced, this pack of Supplements Wise 120 Apple Cider Vinegar Complex tablets contains a 2 month supply based on a 2 tablet daily dose. I've been taking this food supplement for a couple of years now and it may be beneficial for metabolism, weight loss and the cardiovascular system. These tablets are quite a bit smaller than the capsule forms I'm used to, making them easy to swallow. The plastic pack seems a little oversized in relation to the contents as it's about half full - but on the positive side it is only 2cm deep so it will fit through the letterbox and the narrow width makes it easy to store. Made in the UK for York based Supplements Wise, it is vegan friendly, gluten and lactose free but beware if you're allergic to soya as the product contains soya lecithin powder.

Flat pill box design is great
I like the flat pill box design of these tablets boxes, I gather it is a popular design elsewhere in the world but I'm used to the traditional cylindrical or bottle design that we have here in NI. The flat, square design can save a lot of space all stacked together like books, although there isnt any labelling on the spine or anything like that. The top on the box pops off and is affixed again with easy, no dexterity, strength or grip required especially to open and close. The tablets themselves are small, easy to swallow with a glass of water, smaller than the apple cidar vinegar capsules that I have used in the past (I have used two or three different varieties), this is the first time I have seen tablet form rather than capsules. They do have an aroma of vinegar, the tablets and the "bottle" case, it is not overpowering or sickening though and there is not a strong taste accompanying it or attached to the tablets. Some people can find that this supplement helps them when fasting as a natural appetite suppressant and slimming aid, I have had success lately, although I can not be sure it is entirely to do with the supplement. If it does no good it definitely does no harm.

Might Work
Supplements Wise APPLE CIDER VINEGAR COMPLEX x 120 TabletsI thought these were worth trying to assist with trying to keep to a healthy weight. Obviously it is too soon to confirm if they work or not, and it does depend on each individual metabolism.• The Tablets are packed in the fashionable slim flat containers that are letterbox friendly.• Underneath the lid, there is a foil tamper-proof seal.• The Tablets are oval and about the same size as a usual painkiller. They are not difficult to swallow.• The predominant fragrance from the tablets is of the Kelp (Seaweed) and is not at all unpleasant.• The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day with water.• These Tablets do contain Soya.I had no allergic reaction to them, but as I say, I cannot confirm their efficacy right now.At time of writing this Review, the RRP is £8.95 for 120 tablets (15p per day)
