There are a lot of pros to this. But you came to this review for the cons.If you extend the arm all the way, the base is not heavy enough and can easily tip over. You’ll need to put something heavy on the base to keep it in place.If you’re filming straight down, you can see the base in your camera and it kind of ruins the filming process seeing the corner of it.The arm pivots but the thing you have to unscrew is plastic and mine is already showing little dinks in it and I know after time I won’t be able to screw it in tightly.I cannot get the remote to sync to my phone.Overall, it’s meh. It does the job if you need it for very simple things.

Not a well built product at all. 1st the base is to light to hold the phone w/o falling over. Ok so I can clamp that down and live with it. Next the top hinge that all that ads show holding a phone at a 90 degree angle does not do that. The weight of the phone is to much and there is no way to tighten the hinge. I’m sorry but at this price point both these issues should be resolved. I’m returning it.

This holds my phone great and the arm doesn't drop as long as you lock it, which is easy to do. The light could be a bit brighter, but I have desk lamps that take care of that and the remote was super easy to get paired with my phone. Highly recommend if you are shooting a lot of pics with your phone because I get shaky holding my phone and get blurred photos. Not with this. Makes them look so much more professional even if they are taken on just a phone.

It looks nice and the base is heavier than what I expected. Easy to use if you read the instrction first. I like the remote control. However the light is way dimmer and is almost useless (have tried all 7 settings but none works...)

Wow! Sleek product! Opening the box is like opening an Apple product. This unit is very well built. Weighs about 2 lbs. easy to adjust light color and brightness. Huge improvement in face call presentations. Also good as basic desk light. Holds phone snug and rotates. Only issue I found is it’s a bit difficult to work the spring loaded phone grip as the spring is strong. Overall fantastic product and great value.

I didn't mind this when I first got it but after just over a year (Purchased May 23, 2022) I am pretty disappointed. Eventually the ability to hold your phone even the proper way loosens up on the bendable arm. You also cannot bend the arm in more than the one direction it provides for which would be useful for unboxing video recording since that's what I purchased this for. I kept using my old stand to hold my phone then this for lighting but now the buttons' switch housing for the front facing light completely imploded and there's really no replacing it once I took it all apart to see if I could fix it . I can get around the broken button with the chargeable remote, but unless I keep it plugged in constantly it's always dead when I go to use it. I wouldn't purchase this again even for the discounted price I got.

Love the innovative design for this light! It works great for overhead desktop videos, holds my phone securely, and provides good lighting! It can also be used for selfie, or straight-on videos. It's easy to adjust, folds compactly, and the remote is a useful addition as well. Very well designed and constructed - all at a reasonable price (especially compared to other phone mounts!)

Opened it once all good, opened a second time arm was broken.I had to send it back cost me a fortune as it is heavy, as been reimburse but not for the shipping fees.
