Amazon's description says it's from Singapore!

Q: Is the packaging different than pictured? I received this but its a red and blue box that says propack

Mine came in just as pictured to the left. It did not say propack.

Q: What temperature is this good to?

It doesn’t say on the box anywhere. I’ve had it in my oven up to 500° but other than that I have no idea. Maybe you could contact the maker of the product. There should be a toll free number somewhere. Sorry I can’t help you anymore than that but if it’s any consolation I love the product.

Q: What is the inside diameter of cardboard tube?

Mine is about 1.25" or 30mm in diameter
