Calidad mediocre
He solicitado un reembolso pues el equipo solo funciona con tarjeta, bajo mi opinión personal carece de calidad , el software es prehistórico , y el reconocimiento facial es mediocre, el cual nunca funcionó , en definitiva , me parece un juguete barato.

Support nicht wie versprochen
Wir haben für 2 Geräte zuzüglich der Software ca. 1000 Euro ausgegeben. Wir benötigen dringend den Support dieses Unternehmens. Das Unternehmen preist Ihren Support als professionell an, nur auf insgesamt 5 Mails kam keine Antwort. Gestern habe ich über die Webseite des Herstellers eine Mail gesandt und es kam nur zurüch: Bitte haben Sie Geduld, wir melden uns in 48 Stunden. Dieses hatte ich schon einmal und niemand hatte sich gemeldet. Also steht man bei dem System ziemlich alleine da. Vielleicht hätte man sich für ein anderes System entscheiden soilen.

molto elegante, calcola anche i tempi per cui è comodo per chi timbra poter vedere quanto tempo ha lavorato. peccato che dopo un mese esatto dall'arrivo (e quindi fuori tempo massimo per il reso) ha cominciato a bloccarsi, e l'unico modo per riavviarlo è smontarlo dal muro per staccare il cavo
