I thought long and hard about which one of the various beach tents to buy. I wanted easy up, but strong enough to stand firm in a wind. I wanted big, but not so big it was unmanageable. This tent did not disappoint me. I have had my grandchildren on the beach several times now and this tent has been a real blessing. It lets wind pass through, staying nice and cool while keeping the baby out of the sun. It held fast in the wind, not buckling as the quick pop tents do. The fiberglass poles are light but strong. Putting it up is effortless after a couple of practice shots. I did find that it is best to stake the corners or fill the sandbags first if the wind is strong. It folds up and fits easily into it's carrying bag, weighing almost nothing. Grandpa the pack mule really appreciates the nice long should strap on the carrying bag and I move a mountain of beach toys and diaper bags to the water's edge. Great product!

Bought this for the beach because our daughter was bringing our 4 yr old and 8 mo old grandchildren down for a few days and I wanted lightweight, easy to assemble protection from the sun. This fit the bill perfectly! Lightweight for carrying and super easy to set up and take down! I'm not kidding when I say one person can do it in under 2 minutes. Even in breezy conditions, with the provided stakes and with the pockets filled with sand, we had no problem keeping this firmly anchored and it's roomy interior was perfect for both kids and an adult. We loved the fact that it had a "floor" although I would suggest a large towel or small blanket because the vinyl can get a bit sticky after a while. This comes with its own carrying case and folding it down and getting it back in the case was very easy. What I especially liked is that the printed instructions are actually sewn into the carrying case so no losing them!

Better than I thought! Went up in seconds by one person (couldn't wait and set it up in my living room), and went down and back in the carry case with ease! Can't wait to take it to the beach for my disabled dog, he'll love being in the shade!

This tent is insanely easy to set up and break down. My family went to the beach and while another family struggled to put up their (really expensive) tent we basically just popped this open. There is a mesh screen window on one side if you want a cross breeze. It's also really light, which is great when you're hauling stuff to the beach.I will say that this doesn't provide a lot of shade early in the morning when the sun is low. And it's small - we are a family of 3 so it was perfect for us. Overall this was a great beach purchase.

For beach I just found one little detail that just didn't do it for me personally.....So the two side bags that you fill in with sand (to put some weight) is right next to the mesh on both lower sides....which if you are to fill these sacks with sand you may well be careful so you're not throwing sand into the tent through the mesh. That mesh would be perfect if it was right in the middle and not on the lower end of the tent. But overall it is a good item, a good purchase with good value!

My. Wife and I have been spending a lot of time outside with the kiddo this summer and we're always bummed we can't find shade anywhere. We both this 2 days after spending a day at the beach and being miserable in the sun all day. We were going back to the beach in 3 days, so we took advantage of Amazon Prime and bought this. How our lives have changed!! Our second beach excursion was 100x's better! We were able to enjoy a much longer day protected from the sun.Also, this is soo simple to set up and take down! It really does take seconds.

My wife and I bought this to watch our son play soccer. It's spacious and we're able to put two fold out chairs in it and comfortably sit. We live in Arizona so it can get pretty hot in the tent. The material gets really hot during the summers. We use our other umbrella during the hot summers. I can't give it less than 5 stars. It's a great tent.

I love this! Easy Set Up. You just unfold, and pull up and set. Set up is easy. To put back in the Bag it comes with - can be tricky. So I suggest paying attention, taking a video or picture. Material is water resistant. It is perfect for pets or young children if you are out at the beach or an event and want to protect them from the sun. Easy to clean up. Lightweight to carry. Small enough to pack - but perfect size to use as shade.DO NOT LOOSE the Velcro belt thingy.
