Though the pain can be intense while using the aftermath I helping my tennis elbow is ourstanding. It is very easy to hold and fits comfortably in the hand. The edges are well made and slide smoothly over my skin.

This scraper is super easy to use and hold! I never had used a scraper before but since my husband injured his back and the brace he’s been using wasn’t helping, I decided to give it a go. I do recommend using with oil, because it glides along the skin better. The scraper allowed for me to relieve some of his muscle tension that wasn’t super deep and also helped me bring the stagnant blood to the surface to help with his pain. The scraper came with a case as well. And also, the scraper is easy to clean when needed and also provides a multi use for different places on the body. For his back, I used the curved and more flat side and it worked wonders! I recommend for anyone who has some muscle tension, an athlete or anyone who could use some opening for blood to rise with an injury. When using this too, I would not scrape in both direction. Stick to a downward motion and apply moderate to heavy pressure.

I bought this as a last resort to deal with the pain in my arm. I worked wonders, I only wish I would have bought it sooner! The pain in my arm is finally gone after a month of suffering!
