Perfect fit for supermicro server caddy
They fit flush in the server drive caddy which is what i was looking for. All screws threaded perfectrly. NO DEFECTS. I also got 4 extra screws. That's clutch because sometimes I just drop them and they can be kinda tough to find!

Finally got my product
After reordering after a 2 week delay in my first order that never came, I finally got the screws in the mail. They fit well, but it would have been really nice to have them when I first ordered them.

Works with 3.5" HDD caddy for Dell PowerEdge R730XD
Good value for money at under 6 bucks. I used these to screw in 3.5" hdds to the R730XD caddies. They have a flat top which allows you to slide the caddies in and out without issue. The screw aren't flimsy and should hold up for a long time.

These do not work in a NAS such as Synology
These will not work in a Synology NAS as they do not sit flush when fully seated. The screw head catches when inserting into the NAS, will use them for other projects.

Maybe not for a Buffalo Terastation.
The item was fine, the price is OK, but for me, they didn't work.I purchased these for a Buffalo Terastation 8-bay NAS. The Caddy's for that NAS have the screw holes made to go on the sides of the drive. While the Caddy had a beveled opening, these screws DID NOT fit well enough into the caddy and extended out just the smallest amount. Sadly, that smallest amount prevented drives 1, 4, 5, and 8 to go into the NAS enclosure. Too bad.
